Designating "The Ellenville Depot" as a local landmark

RESOLUTION

 

            BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Ellenville that a public hearing will be held on Monday, June 14, 2021 at the Village Hall, 2 Elting Court, Ellenville, New York at 6:15 pm to discuss designating the structure at 206 Canal Street, formerly known as the New York, Ontario & Western Railway’s Ellenville Depot (“The Ellenville Depot”) as a local landmark.

 

Any resident of the Village of Ellenville shall be entitled to be heard upon said proposed Local Law at such public hearing.  Copies of said proposed Local Law are available for review at the Ellenville Government Center, 2 Elting Court, Ellenville, New York.
