PLANNING BOARD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Ellenville Planning Board at its next regular meeting on Wednesday September 15, 2021 with the public hearing portion to commence at 6:05pm or soon thereafter to review the application of Cindy and Charles Craft and Paul Pinkerous to transfer land from Craft to Pinkerous. All according to Chapter 200 – Subdivision of Land (tax map parcel ID # 83.62-1-1.130) in the Village of Ellenville.  Copies of the application are available for review at the Village Clerk’s Office.  The location of the meeting and public hearing is the Village of Ellenville Government Center, Courtroom, 2 Elting Court, Ellenville, New York.
