PLANNING BOARD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Ellenville Planning Board at its next regular meeting on September 15, 2021 with the public hearing portion to commence at 6:30pm or soon thereafter to review the application of Alan Coombe to obtain a Special Use Permit to allow a second occupied accessory building in accordance with Zoning, Chapter 227-125 Special Use Permit at 15-17 Cape Ave. (tax map parcel ID # 83.69-1-8) in the Village of Ellenville.  Copies of the application submitted for the requested site plan approval are available for review at the Village Clerk’s Office.  The location of the meeting and public hearing is the Village of Ellenville Government Center, Courtroom, 2 Elting Court, Ellenville, New York.
