PROPOSED LAW ON MORATORIUM OF CANNABIS USE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Ellenville Board of Trustees on August 8, 2022 at the Ellenville Government Center, 2 Elting Court, 1st floor meeting room, Ellenville, New York at 6:15 p.m. to discuss adoption of

Local Law #5 of 2022 – Imposing time, place, and manner restrictions on sale of cannabis within the Village of Ellenville so as to prioritize safety and efficiency.

Any resident of the Village of Ellenville shall be entitled to be heard upon said proposed Local Law at such public hearing. Copies of said proposed Local Law are available for review at the Ellenville Government Center, 2 Elting Court, Ellenville, New York.
