INFORMATION REQUEST
New York State's Freedom of Information Law (Public Officers Law �87 et. seq.) allows members of the public to access records of governmental agencies. FOIL provides a process for the review and copying of the villages records.
CODES
The local laws of the Village of Ellenville shall be known collectively as the "Code of the Village of Ellenville," and the various parts and sections of such local laws shall be distributed and designated as provided and set forth.
