VILLAGE OF ELLENVILLE, ULSTER COUNTY, NY

PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO PARKS AND RECREATION BY-LAWS

AND

ZONING CONCERNS FOR CANNABIS DISPENSARIES AND CAFES

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be conducted by Village of Ellenville Board of Trustees on June 27, 2022 at 6:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. at Ellenville Government Center, 2 Elting Court, Ellenville, New York 12428 for purpose of amending the Village of Ellenville and Town of Wawarsing’ s Parks and Recreation Commission’s By-Laws by appointing two outside members at 6:15 p.m..; and (2)  reviewing  local law regarding locations for dispensaries and cafes for cannabis, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Any resident of Village of Ellenville shall be entitled to be heard upon at said public discussion. Copies of proposed changes are available for review at the Ellenville Government Center, 2 Elting Court, Ellenville, New York by calling (845) 647-7080 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday.
