  PUBLIC HEARING

ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE

ZONING LAW / REVISION OF THE ZONING MAP

BEFORE VILLAGE OF ELLENVILLE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

 

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the continuation for the proposed amendment to the zoning law/Revision to the zoning map public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Ellenville on Monday, February 12, 2024 at Ellenville Government Center, 2 Elting Court, Ellenville, New York at 6:15 p.m. The purpose of this hearing is to continue to give residents of the Village of Ellenville an opportunity to discuss the new proposed amendment to the Zoning Law. Specifically, the legislation seeks to revise the Zoning Map established by §227-9 to redesignate Parcel S.B.L. 83.18 - 2 - 31.200 from R-1 Residential District to I-2 Industrial District.

Any resident of the Village of Ellenville shall be entitled to be heard upon at said public hearing. Copies of the proposed zoning changes are available for review at the Ellenville Government Center, 2 Elting Court, 2nd Floor, Ellenville, New York by calling (845) 647-7080 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday or written comments may also be submitted to Daniel Pollan, Code Enforcement Officer, Ellenville Government Center, 2 Elting Court, Ellenville, New York 12428 no later than February 2, 2024.
