PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 222 “WATER AND SEWERS” OF THE CODE

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Villag of Ellenville on April 29, 2024 at 6:15 PM at the Ellenville Government Center, 2 Elting Court, 1st Floor meeting room, Ellenville, New York 12428. The purpose of this hearing is to give the residents of the Village an opportunity to discuss the new proposed Amendment to the Village Code. Specifically, the legislation seeks to revise Chapter 222 “Water and Sewers”, in part, in order to update the regulations to conform to updates in New York State law, upon the recommendation of the Village Sewer Superintendent.

Any resident of the Village of Ellenville shall be entitled to be heard upon at said public hearing. Copies of the proposed changes are available for review at the Ellenville Government Center, 2 Elting Court, 2nd Floor, Ellenville, New York by calling (845) 647-7080 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday or written comments may also be submitted to Daniel Pollan, Code Enforcement Officer, Ellenville Government Center, 2 Elting Court, Ellenville, New York 12428 until April 15, 2024.
