VILLAGE OF ELLENVILLE PLANNING BOARD, ULSTER COUNTY, NY

PROPOSED SITE PLAN FOR 211 SOUTH MAIN STREET

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Ellenville Planning Board will hold a hearing on May 15, 2024 at 6:05 PM at the Ellenville Government Center, 2 Elting Court, Ellenville, 1st Floor, Meeting Room, Ellenville, New York 12428. The purpose of this hearing is to give the residents of the Village an opportunity to comment on the proposed Site Plan for 211 South Main Street Ellenville, NY. Specifically, the proposed Site Plan seeks to use the structure at said premises as a religious facility in accordance with the Village of Ellenville Use Schedule, Part II: Cultural, Entertainment, Recreation and Religious Uses for R-3 Districts.

Any resident of the Village of Ellenville shall be entitled to be heard upon at said public hearing. Copies of the proposed site plan are available for review at the Ellenville Government Center, 2 Elting Court, 2nd Floor, Ellenville, New York by calling (845) 647-7080 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday or written comments may also be submitted to Daniel Pollan, Code Enforcement Officer, Ellenville Government Center, 2 Elting Court, Ellenville, New York 12428 no later than May 10, 2024.
