REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Village of Ellenville is seeking proposals for long term food and beverage lease of the restaurant at the Stoeckeler Memorial Part (AKA:  Shawangunk Country Club), located at 38 Country Club Road, Ellenville, NY commencing June 1, 2024.

Interior space is approximately 1500 sq.ft. along with an outdoor patio dining area. The lessee will be responsible for ensuring that all food service, state licensing and health department standards are met. In addition, the lessee will assume responsibility for all utilities related to the restaurant, including, but not limited to water, sewer, and electrical service.

The restaurant must be open to the public a minimum of six days a week from Noon - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Written sealed proposals will be accepted by the Village Clerk until noon on May 13, 2024, at the Government Center, 2nd Floor, 2 Elting Court, Ellenville, NY 12428.

The Village of Ellenville reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive in formalities in proposals if it is in the public’s best interest to do so.
